Why I'm Running:

“I’ve watched long enough, and now it’s time to put practice into action. Finding ways to support members in navigating CTE resources would better provide access to opportunities for our students.”

Chef Monroe’s commitment to empowering educators and enhancing student opportunities through effective leadership and collaboration makes him a strong advocate for change within the WTU.

Leadership Experience:

Chef Monroe has been an active and dedicated member of WTU for several years, serving on the Personnel Committee, SCAC, LSAT, and as a WTU Teacher Trainer.

Position Description I am running for

• Chair committees for their area
• Make reports to the Executive Board
• Assist Building Reps and SCAC with enforcement and knowledge of the contract
• Keep apprised of matters involving their area
• Attending meetings with Central Administration officials that affect their groups
