Why I'm Running:

Teachers need to be at the decision making table to help students and their families most. Teachers also need more opportunities to become more active and action oriented in the union’s work. More transparent and clear communication is needed for this. My experience working with the ETA team over the years has shown me these are the right leaders to improve the WTU in this direction.

Leadership Experience:

Building Rep for three years at Stanton ES. Previous served on SCAC and LSAT. Elected to the WTU Executive Board for Member At Large Elementary 2022-25, Served in the WTU Teacher Leaders Program 20-21, Chancellors Teacher Advisory Board 20-21

• Keep apprised of matters involving the union
• Attend Area Vice President committee meetings
