Why I'm Running:

I'm running for the Middle School at-large seat primarily because I feel WTU middle school teachers need a voice dedicated to their specific needs. We need a persistent voice challenging the status-quo and playing devil's advocate against both the district's policies and the WTU response to those policies. I'm a very pro-union teacher and have witnessed the damage done when members become divided. I believe a strong union is best for educators and DCPS.

At Stuart Hobson: Previous ELA Department Chair and TLI, Academic Leadership Team, LSAT and SCAC. Currently a WTU Delegate
